Is the trial really free?+
Yes. It lasts 24 hours and does not require payment details. One trial is available per eligible customer and device.
Which annual plans can I choose?+
Choose Kensat Standard from £64.99 or Premium at £89.99 for 12 months. The website does not take card details and plans do not renew automatically.
Which devices are supported?+
Selected Smart TVs, Fire TV devices, Android, iPhone and iPad, computers and compatible TV boxes. Choose your device on the trial form.
How do renewals work?+
We send reminders before expiry. You decide whether to purchase another prepaid year; no payment is taken automatically.
What if I need technical help?+
Use the device guide first, then contact support with your trial ID, device name and a screenshot of the issue.
