From the Fire TV home screen, open Find or Search, look for Downloader and choose the official app. If it is unavailable, contact Kensat instead of installing a lookalike.

Open Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options > Install unknown apps and allow Downloader. If Developer Options is hidden, open About, highlight your Fire TV device and press Select seven times.

Open Downloader, enter 1171959 for IBO Player (the default) or 815778 for BOB Player, then choose Go. Use only a code supplied by Kensat.

Choose Install when Fire TV asks. After installation, open the player. You may delete the downloaded installation file to recover storage space.

Keep the first screen showing the MAC address and Device Key visible. Photograph it from your secure customer page, or take a clear picture on another phone.

Kensat verifies the codes, activates the app and prepares your trial. Close and reopen the player when we confirm it is ready.

Open Google Play on the Android device or TV box and install the official Downloader app. If it is not available, contact Kensat for the current approved route.

If Android asks, allow Downloader to install this app. Do not leave permission enabled for unknown apps after setup.

In Downloader enter 1171959 for IBO Player or 815778 for BOB Player, choose Go and install the downloaded app.

Launch the player and wait for its activation screen. Do not enter your Kensat service password on this screen.

Use the secure scanner on your customer page. Review the detected values carefully before sending them.

When Kensat confirms completion, fully close and reopen the player. Use Refresh or Reload inside the app if the content does not appear immediately.

Use the official application store on your compatible Smart TV and search for IBO Player. Availability can vary by brand, model and region.

Check the app name carefully, install it and open it. Do not use a website asking for Kensat payment or service credentials.

The opening screen normally displays a MAC address or Device ID together with a Device Key. Leave that screen open.

Open your secure Kensat customer page on your phone, choose Scan activation screen and photograph the TV straight-on with all characters visible.

Compare both fields with the television before submitting. You can correct any OCR mistake manually.

Kensat activates and configures the player. After confirmation, close and reopen IBO Player or use its Refresh option.

Open the Apple App Store, search for IBO Player and check the app name before installing.

Launch the app. Keep the screen showing the Device ID or MAC address and Device Key visible.

Capture the full activation screen so every letter and number is sharp. Do not crop either code.

Return to your secure Kensat customer page, open Scan activation screen and select the screenshot from Photos.

Compare the detected values with the original screenshot and correct any mistake before sending.

When Kensat confirms activation, fully close IBO Player and open it again.

Contact Kensat and confirm whether you use Windows or macOS so we can provide the current compatible player.

Use the official store or secure link supplied for your computer. Avoid unverified downloads.

If the player displays a Device ID and Device Key, choose a screenshot in your secure customer page and confirm the detected values. The image itself is not uploaded.
