Open Subscriptions
Use your private customer profile and open the Subscriptions tab.

Check the linked devices
Confirm the devices shown under “Devices on this subscription”.

Request renewal
Select Request renewal on the correct subscription.

Complete the payment step
Kensat reviews the request and sends the secure payment link through WhatsApp.

Does a request renew automatically?
No. Renewal is confirmed only after Kensat approves the request and payment is processed.
Can I renew one username?
Yes. Each service username has one expiry across its linked devices.
