Open your television app store, search for IBO Player and install the official app.

Open the app
Start IBO Player and keep the screen showing the MAC address and Device Key open.

Send the details
Use Kensat Fast Connect or WhatsApp to send one clear picture of the complete screen.

Wait for confirmation
Kensat will confirm when the player and your trial or subscription are ready.

What should be visible in the picture?
The complete MAC address and Device Key must both be readable.
